Cricket tells the Straw Hats of a City of Gold located high up in Sky Island or down in the sea. His only proof, some gold he found in the sea, is stolen by Bellamy, who was ridiculing Luffy earlier that day for being weak.

What he doesn’t realize is that messing with Cricket’s gold is messing with Luffy. Unfortunately, he realized too late.
